I want to extend my genuine gratitude to everyone who supported my campaign for 2nd Vice President of the IAFC - International Association of Fire Chiefs. This campaign was never just about the election outcome; it was about fostering dialogue, challenging perspectives, and contributing to the future direction of our fire service. 

I take pride in the relationships developed, ideas shared, and conversations initiated about leadership, collaboration, innovation, and preserving our professional traditions. I offer my congratulations and best wishes to Chief Mike Snider as he undertakes this significant responsibility, underscoring the importance of strong leadership in our profession's ongoing development.
